About this Process

At this stage, we will work with all stakeholders to ensure your project is successful and to maximize profitability by:

Coordinating the consultants in preparation of IFC drawings
Coordinating with the ownership in selection of the remainder of suppliers and subtrades
Overseeing the construction progress, and trades performance during construction
Continually monitor and review the performance of the subcontractors against the baseline budget, schedule and the contract
Preparing monthly budget and schedule progress reports
Coordinating RFI’s and Change Orders
Overseeing project commissioning and occupancy
