- Coordinating the consultants in preparation of Building Permit and IFT Drawings
- Assisting the owner to fulfill the lender requirements for the construction loan
- Preparing preliminary budget and schedule
- Assisting the owner in the selection of consultants and the general contractor

- Coordinating with the GC in selection of suppliers and subtrades
